At first you have to get used to it, especially if you don't wear glasses like me. I use them two hours before going to sleep if I have the lights on, I use my cell phone or the TV. I fall asleep without even realizing it. Recommended for everyone!

I must admit that in the evening, thanks to the use of glasses, I fall asleep earlier.
