I found them very good, my sleep was much deeper and more restful. I had no trouble falling asleep before, but wearing the glasses to read in the evening or watch TV I felt a relaxing effect and I fell asleep much earlier than usual. It takes some getting used to . . .
I was surfing the web to find out how to reduce the burning sensation in my eyes. Unfortunately, I work a lot on the computer and in the evening I always use my smartphone and watch TV.
